You'll be able to install the FAST plug-ins in the following formats, in 64 bit only:

Most DAWs will want to use VST or VST3 (VST3 is a newer version of the VST format, VST will eventually be discontinued by DAW developers).
Logic and Garageband users may prefer to use Audio Units and Pro Tools users will need to use the AAX format.
